Ikan Dabu-Dabu

well, few big things happened for the past few months, they kinda changed me. The biggest changed is with my lifestyle. I made vow to myself to have a healthier habit. I have been exercising 4 times a week, eat less oil, less salt (very hardy), less sugar and more vegetables! Horey! I find it Hard to eat healthy, honestly food taste much better with tons of salt and lots of MSG. Haha! So here i am trying find recipe that still taste good but healthier then my usual choice, I have been wanting to cook sambal dabu-dabu for a while now. When i finally made it, it was a great feeling. It still have a rich flavor with only little bit of seasoning.



Sambal Dabu-dabu

4 large red chilies, sliced
6 green cayenne chilies, sliced ​​
10 grains of red onion, thinly sliced
1 teaspoon salt
1 small green tomatoes
2 tablespoon green lemon 
1 1/2 teaspoon sugar

White cake mix + eggs + water + oil 

Divide the mixture into 3 bowls

Mix colouring into each mixture after adding.




Line 12 muffin pan wells with baking cups. Evenly distribute the purple
 batter among the cups, then the yellow, and so  on

PUFF POT PIE



Ingredients

1 tablespoon vegetable oil 
1 medium onion, chopped (about 1/2 cup)
1 can (10 3/4 ounces) Campbell's® Condensed Cream of Chicken Soup (Regular, 98% Fat Free or Healthy Request®)
1/2 cup milk 
1 package (10 ounces) frozen peas and carrots 
2 cups cubed cooked chicken or turkey
1 package (10 ounces) Pepperidge Farm® Puff Pastry Shells, prepared according to package directions

Directions
Heat the oil in a 10-inch skillet over medium heat. Add the onion and cook until tender, stirring occasionally.

Stir the soup, milk and peas and carrots in the skillet and heat to a boil.  Reduce the heat to low.  Cover and cook for 5 minutes or until the vegetables are tender.  Add the chicken and cook until the mixture is hot and bubbling.  Spoon the chicken mixture into the pastry shells.  Top with the pastry "tops", if desired.

Hamburger Steak with Black Pepper Gravy




  • Ingredients

  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 1 egg
  • 1/4 cup bread crumbs
  • 1/8 teaspoon ground black pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon seasoned salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon chop garlic
  • beef stock cube


Directions
  1. In a large bowl, mix together the ground beef, egg, bread crumbs, pepper, salt, beef stock cube and chop garlic. Form into 8 balls, and flatten into patties.
  2. Heat the oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Fry the patties and onion in the oil until patties are nicely browned, about 4 minutes per side. Remove the beef patties to a plate, and keep warm.
